In order to find you the best puppy possible we need to get to know you. Please fill out the adoption form in detail. We will require this along with a $200 deposit to reserve a pup. Please tell us all about yourself and what you are looking for in a dog. Once we know all this information we will be able to help you select the best chihuahua for your family.

I want to know how old you're kids are, what personality traits you like in a dog, what life style the dog will have when it comes to live at your house, what is your day like from the time you wake up till the time you go to bed!
